Awaken your inner enchantress with Goddess Rising, a transformative 2-day workshop that seamlessly blends pole dance, tarot, and holistic healing to empower your journey of self-discovery and manifestation. Join us for two 90 minute workshops Saturdays, September 21st and 28th from 3 - 4:30pm What to wear? Heels, socks or barefoot (Kneepads recommended but if you do not have, we have extras). Feel free to dress up to express yourself how you wish, can be layered with flowy clothing on top and skimpier clothing underneath, lingerie, pole wear, bikini or whatever your hear calls you to wear, feel free to bring a couple of outfits incase you change your mind ;) We have backlights, so if you want to wear white or neon colors you will glow ! When dancing the lighting will be colorful and dimmed to create sensual silhouettes, where the focus can be on feeling our bodies. Day 1: Intention Setting & Manifestation Begin by focusing on intention-setting and manifestation. We’ll start with a tarot reading and a sharing circle lead by Georgette to clarify your goals and desires. Then, delve into pole dance where our expert instructor Xara will teach you anatomically safe techniques and guide you in discovering your unique improvisational style. Explore a wide range of movement possibilities to fully experience and express your personal flow, turning your intentions into dynamic, embodied motion. Day 2: Release & Expansion On the second day, engage in dance, breathing and movement practices designed to release what no longer serves you. Utilize your newfound improvisational skills to shed old patterns and make room for new growth. Conclude with a tarot session to unveil future possibilities and identify steps to expand your goddess power and continue your transformative journey.
