Service Description
Looking to practice on one of our apparatuses? Come join us for a guided practice time! You can ask our instructor for guidance, to show you a move you know, or a spot, but there is no class structure. This is your time! Poles, Lyra and Lyra-pole available. Note: Our instructors are not teaching you new moves in this class. It is expected that you are only doing what you know/can safely. We offer private and semi-private classes in lyra and lyra-pole, if you want to learn more please ask the instructor to book a private. All sales are final
