Learn the basics of pole dance. Simple movements spins and combos and even choreographies! More skin = more grip so please wear shorts and tank top/ t-shirt/ sports bra. No body lotion on the day of class or you may slip! All sales are final * Class instruction time is 55 min allowing 5 minute buffer to come in and get ready
