✨ Aerial Hoop & Lyrapole ✨Circus fun Ready to take your movement into the hoop? Aerial Hoop & Lyrapole is an exciting class where you’ll learn foundational skills, tricks, transitions, and sequences on the aerial hoop & Lyrapole. We’ll explore mounts, poses, spins, transitions, balances, hangs, and fun combinations, building the strength and body awareness needed to move confidently around the hoop. You’ll also have opportunities to connect individual skills into flowing sequences and explore the artistry and creativity of aerial movement. Whether you’re completely new to aerial hoop or already have some experience, you’ll be given regressions and progressions to help you work at your own level. Expect a mix of strength, technique, conditioning, flexibility, and playful movement—with plenty of opportunities to find your own style in the air. Come climb, spin, flip, flow, and have some FUN! 🖤 🖤 What to Wear Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of the knees and underarms Leggings, fitted pants, or longer shorts are recommended Fitted tank top, T-shirt, or sports top Barefoot or clean indoor socks 🚫 No jewelry, zippers, or clothing with metal hardware 👜 What to Bring Water bottle Small towel Optional grip aid if recommended by your instructor 📍 Class instruction time is 55 minutes, with a 5-minute buffer to arrive and get ready. 💥 Open to all levels All sales are final.

Cancellation Policy

DG Studio 77 Pole Dance Class Policy Welcome to DG Studio 77! Please review our policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Extreme Sport Acknowledgment Pole dance is an extreme sport with inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that DG Studio 77 is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during class. Class Duration & Transition Class Length: 55 minutes Transition Time: 5 minutes between classes for smooth transitions. Arriving On Time Please arrive on time to participate in the warm-up and reduce the risk of injury. If you're going to be late, please notify us in advance. No Oils or Lotions Do not use oils or lotions on the day of class, as they create slipping hazards on the poles. Jewelry & Metal Pieces For safety reasons, no jewelry or metal pieces (e.g., zippers, studs) on clothing. These can scratch the poles and cause injury. Footwear If wearing heels, they must have an ankle strap or boot for support. Clean indoor shoes only—please avoid wearing shoes worn outside to maintain a clean studio. Clothing Wear what makes you feel comfortable—T-shirts, shorts, bikinis, lingerie, or activewear. More skin = more grip, so dress according to your comfort and pole style. Filming Policy Feel free to film, but ask for permission if others are in the background to respect privacy. Booking & Cancellation Policies Late Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance or forfeit your class. Unlimited members will be charged $10 for late cancellations. No Refunds/Exchanges: All sales are final for class packages and drop-ins. Class Cancellations: Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient attendance. If cancelled, you will receive a class credit. Level Requirements Intermediate Classes: A minimum of 12 weeks in Pole 101 is required before attending intermediate classes. Advanced Classes: You must be able to comfortably aerial invert to participate. Respect and Conduct Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from class or suspension from future sessions. General Reminders Always listen to your body and work at your own pace.
