1 / Arrive on time!
Please arrive on time for your class! It is important that you can follow the warm up to ensure a safe workout! We understand that some things may be out of our control, please warn us ahead of time if you will be late.
2 / No body lotions or oils!
Do not use oils or lotions the day of your pole class. This can be a slipping hazard, not just for yourself, but for other students.
3 / Ask for permission when filiming!
We welcome you to film in class; however, if there are other students in the background of your video, we request that you ask for permission first.
1 / Late Cancellations
Please inform us 24hrs in advance if you are cancelling a class. Otherwise, you may forfeit your class. If you have an unlimited membership, you will be charged 10$ for not showing up to class once you have confirmed your attendance if you do not cancel 24hrs in advance.
2 / Level appropriateness
We request that you can do the pre-requisites before you book into an advanced class. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. A minimum of 12 weeks in pole 101 is required to take most other classes on the schedule.
