✨ **Latin Flow – Move, Feel & Perform** ✨ Ready to bring some Latin energy to the pole? 💃🔥 **Latin Flow** is an open-level class focused on sensual, grounded movement, Latin-inspired styling, musicality, and flow around and on the pole. We’ll explore body movement, hip work, floorwork, transitions, weight shifts, and expressive pathways while learning a full choreography. The choreography will be broken down step-by-step, giving you time to understand the movements, develop your musicality, and make the routine your own. Whether you’re new to this style or already comfortable dancing in heels, you’ll have options and adaptations to help you move with confidence. 🔥 **Halloween Performance Opportunity!** 🔥 Students who attend regularly and learn the full choreography will have the **option to perform it as a group at our Halloween show, The Sexorcist, on Friday, October 23rd at Café Cléopatra Cabaret.** Performing is **completely optional**! You can join Latin Flow simply to learn the choreography, develop your flow and confidence, and have fun. No pressure to perform if you’d rather keep it in the studio. 🖤 👠 **What to Wear** • Heels are recommended • Knee pads are strongly recommended • Socks are also welcome if you prefer not to wear heels • You can borrow one of our extra pairs of heels at the studio to try them out! We currently have sizes **6–9** available • Shorts, bikini bottoms, lingerie, or leggings you can move comfortably in 🚫 No jewelry or clothing with metal hardware 🛍️ **Looking to Buy Heels?** We have a discount with Canadian retailer **Shoe Freaks**!
