OPEN POLE / LYRA - Fri 5pm
Practice time ! No instruction
Service Description
Looking to practice your skills on your own terms? Join us for Open Pole — an unstructured, self-guided practice session. This is your time to explore, review, and flow through what you already know. There is no formal instruction during this session, and no new moves will be taught. Please only practice what you’re confident doing safely. 🌀 Lina will be leading the session — she’ll help keep things organized and safe, but she is not teaching or spotting. Come ready to move independently and support a respectful, focused vibe. 🖤 What to Wear • Sports bra, tank top, t-shirt, bikini, lingerie, or thong — whatever makes you feel confident • Shorts recommended (more skin = more grip) • Barefoot or clean indoor platform stilettos (Pleaser-style) with ankle strap or boot 🚫 Remove all jewelry and avoid clothing with metal pieces 👜 What to Bring • Small towel or rag to wipe your pole • Water bottle • Optional grip aid — Dry Hands or similar (non-sticky, no-residue only) 🚫 Sticky grips like iTac are not allowed — they leave residue and are hard to clean ✨ Come flow, stretch, spin, and vibe — safely and independently. All sales are final.
