Looking to practice on one of our apparatuses? Come join us for a guided practice time! You can ask our instructor for guidance, to show you a move you know, or a spot, but there is no class structure. This is your time! Note: Our instructors are not teaching you new moves in this class. It is expected that you are only doing what you know/can.
